Remove un-actionable event errors

We show a lot of event errors on the issue details page. Some of these are un-actionable and unhelpful. In milestone 2, we will be combining the logic to show event errors and sourcemap debug errors, but for now, we will hide the un-actionable/unhelpful errors from the issue details page.
