Alerts for missing debug files

Problem Statement

Currently, there is no method to determine the absence of debug files other than manually inspecting issues, where a broken stack trace and an error banner at the top may indicate their absence.

This poses a challenge as our team regularly uploads debug files as part of our CI workflows. If, for any reason, these files fail to upload, detection relies on someone investigating an issue and observing the error banner.

We believe implementing an alert for missing debug files, which we could subscribe to for email notifications, would greatly enhance our workflow efficiency.
