Extend conflict detection to alert filters #73999
Description
Problem Statement
Currently sentry alerts the user when two mutual exclusive conditions to trigger an alert are selected. This detection are not applied to the alerts filters.
Solution Brainstorm
Add conflicts warnings to filters as well, the example below has two conflicting rule pairs but not error message is shown as in the conditions.
