Minor UI changes to Edit Access Selector Dropdown

Problem Statement

A few changes to make things look better:

• Make each team's name 'less grey'
• Center ‘All’ Badge
• Disable 'Save' button when changing top level filters
• Disable 'Delete', 'Edit', and 'Duplicate' widget buttons
• Update 'Save Changes' button behaviour to check state
• Dull the creator checkbox's purple
