Issue Alerts - Add Searching and Ordering #84010

Problem Statement
We currently offer next and prev buttons, but no way to efficiently find an issue through a large number of issues. This is often helpful for ensuring Alerts are working as expected and that they got triggered for a specific issue/event.
Solution Brainstorm
Allow searching and ordering of issues that have been triggered by an Alert. Add a search bar above the issues section for basic searching options, such as issue properties: issue, id, title, message, and error type. Additionally, the columns: alerts, events, and last triggered could allow for ordering on click (ascending or descending).
