Issue View Query Counts do not react to issue stream actions

Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a view with a query that contains is:unresolved
2. Navigate to that view, and mark an issue as resolved in the issue stream.
3. Notice that the query count in the Issue View does not go down by one to reflect the action.

Expected Result

Issue Views should react and refetch for actions taken on the issue stream

Actual Result

It doesn't do that
