[User Feedback] Feedback list loads slowly

The user feedback list sometimes takes a long time to load new items when scrolling to the bottom.

It also does not update the list if I mark a feedback as spam or resolved, I have to reload the page for it to appear in the new list. resolved by #89639

Yeah the reload part is fixed, should we look into the slow loading though? If there's another ticket tracking slow loading I can close this
