Alert on count of sessions

Problem Statement

Looking to set up an alert on session count to detect:

1. outage (i.e .customers not able to use app for any reason)
2. potential issue w/ session-tracking

Solution Brainstorm

We have alerts for % (e.g. CFSR + CFUR), but not sessions count().

p.s. Looks like we already store sessions count (see screenshot)

Once ACI work is done, this will be a detector that we can build on top of the detector platform. We'll move this to the backlog for now.
