Notify team admins upon team access request #95018
Description
Problem Statement
Currently, when a member requests access to a team, only the organization admins receive an e-mail about this.
Is it possible to send this to the team admin(s) instead, or as additional receivers?
This was once requested in getsentry/self-hosted#2581 but the issue was closed due to no activity.
Solution Brainstorm
Show a "Pending Team Requests" page to team admins in the members overview.
Notify team admins, and allow them to approve/deny such requests.
