Use the refreshed metrics experience for any organization with trace metrics enabled instead of requiring a separate rollout flag. Update the metrics specs to assert the unified layout and controls. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Delete the old orientation-based metrics panel and the separate refresh branches now that the refreshed layout is always used. Simplify the remaining metrics panel, toolbar, graph, and tab components around the single supported layout. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <noreply@openai.com>
