Replaces the stats graphs (which are pure event counts) with stacked bars broken down per release. This allows users to more easily identify if the issues are happening primarily on the current release, or on an older version.

We can probably improve the tooltip here to:

  1. Not be so bland (its hard to contrast date vs release events vs total events)
  2. Show the actual version, rather than just 'latest'

There's also some code we can throw away in here (the group_tagkey_stats endpoint), as well as missing tests for the release details endpoint.
