We can probably improve the tooltip here to:
There's also some code we can throw away in here (the group_tagkey_stats endpoint), as well as missing tests for the release details endpoint. |

Rreplaces the stats graphs (which are pure event counts) with stacked bars broken down per release. This allows users to more easily identify if the issues are happening primarily on the current release, or on an older version. @getsentry/ui
