docs: use tabbed install with dotagents as default#342

Replace the flat install section on the agent-skill page with Starlight Tabs, matching the vitest-evals docs pattern. The dotagents tab is shown first as the recommended installer; Vercel Skills is kept as an alternative tab. Removes the Claude Code marketplace install block in favor of the unified tab approach.
