Tusk v0.1.6

Fixes a false 'Homebrew is required' error on the setup screen.

macOS apps launched from Finder don't inherit your shell's PATH, so brew wasn't found even when installed. Tusk now detects Homebrew by its absolute path (/opt/homebrew or /usr/local). Setup works again.

Apple Silicon build. Requires Homebrew. If macOS says 'damaged': xattr -cr /Applications/Tusk.app.
