Tusk v0.1.8

Fixes the 'Tusk is damaged' download error and the stuck setup screen.

Easiest install (one line — no 'damaged' error)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/getsettalk/tusk/main/install.sh | bash

It downloads the app into /Applications and removes the download quarantine automatically.

Notes

• The app isn't Apple-notarized (needs a paid Apple Developer account), so a browser download gets quarantined and macOS says 'damaged'. Manual fix: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Tusk.app.
• First-run Setup screen now always dismisses once setup completes.
