v1.7.4
The browser sign-in page looks like the product and stops reporting success
before there is any. No protocol change, so an editor sees a 1.7.3-shaped agent.
Fixed
- The sign-in page only says "Signed in" once the sign-in actually
happened. The loopback success page was sent the moment the callback
arrived, before the authorization code was redeemed. If the exchange then
failed, the browser read "Signed in to siGit Code" while the app reported an
error.wait_for_codenow hands back the open connection unanswered and
complete_loopbackresponds only after the exchange has settled, with a
separate page for a failure (#254). - The sign-in page is restyled. It is now a centered logo, title and hint
on a dark canvas, with inline CSS and an inlined logo, so the page served
from the loopback address makes no second request. Title and hint are
distinct, so a decline, a stray request and a mismatched callback each read
as themselves (#254).
