• GET-135: admitted image conversations now allow 100,000,000 cumulative tokens, with a default 30-minute Claude deadline.
• Token-budget exhaustion retains its failure classification through the queue, safe diagnostics, and the Web recovery message.
• Web and local TestFlight backend deployment acceptance passed. The deployed backend preserves its existing authored-image feature.

The tagged source tree matches the reviewed PR head with passing CI and security checks. The separate post-merge main CI run is still in progress: https://github.com/getyak/capir/actions/runs/37320243202.

This release currently provides source archives and release notes. Native installers, TestFlight receipts, and standalone capir binaries require their own verified publication receipts and are not attached here.
