An unofficial build of LineageOS 23.2 (Android 16) for the Mudita Kompakt.

What's new

  • Wi-Fi calling works. Tested on Telia LT, T-Mobile and AT&T. Your carrier must offer it: see Wi-Fi calling.
  • Calls over 4G work on more carriers out of the box. The IMS and XCAP access point names are now included for about 640 more carriers, so Create IMS APN is only needed for the rest.
  • VoLTE works straight after setup. You no longer have to turn it off and on again.
  • Create IMS APN now confirms with a message.
  • Airplane mode keeps the mobile radio off.

How to update

On 1.0: Settings → System → System updates, or install the package for your phone from the recovery over what you have. No format needed.

How to install

  1. Put LineageOS Recovery on the phone, once: flash
    KompaktOS Kernel + LineageOS Recovery 1.0,
    as its release describes.

  2. Coming from MuditaOS or another system: in the recovery, Factory reset → Format data/factory reset.

  3. In the recovery, choose Apply update → Apply from ADB, then:

    adb sideload KompaktOS-1.1-Global-GApps.zip
