Starting project to learn golang
The plan here is:
- Have a small orchestrator
- List the running Containers
- Kill running containers
- Create new containers
- Create a LB func to handle HTTP requests and test concurrency
## Running the tests
The orchestration of dockers will be part of the testing.
Create the load balancer to deal with dfferent containers running ons a rang of ports
### Break down into end to end tests
### And coding style tests
