ConnectionManager now accepts migrations: in its synchronous initializer and starts migration automatically. Callers can use the database without a separate migrate call: reads, writes, and sync wait for setup and propagate migration failures.

  • Adds optional try await manager.waitForMigration(); concurrent and repeated waits share the same setup result.
  • Retains explicit migration and preview APIs, baseline adoption, transactional rollback, and synchronization tracking setup.
  • Automatic migrations do not use the missing-migrate watchdog timeout, allowing long migrations to finish.
  • Updates usage documentation and covers automatic setup, rollback, concurrent waiters, baseline selection, and sync tracking.

Validation: 15 focused tests passed during implementation. Local tests, linting, and builds were skipped for this release as requested.
