Maya Production Pipeliner v0.9.0 — Functional Milestone

This milestone closes the core functional package for Maya Production Pipeliner.

Included:

• import-safe Maya Python package
• scope-based scene scanning
• Dry Run mode with non-mutating reports
• mutating Apply for eligible route decisions
• safety preservation for references, instances, rig/deformer-sensitive content, bypass matches, and unsafe cases
• output group creation under Pipeline_Organized
• idempotent repeated execution
• leaf reclassification inside organized output
• minimal Maya UI backed by RunResult
• TXT and JSON reports with schema_version 0.3
• final release gate checklist closed

Notes:

• This is a functional pre-1.0 milestone, not a production/studio-ready guarantee.
• Installation/distribution polish remains conservative.
• GitHub source archive is the recommended download artifact for this milestone.
