Update GitHub workflow for Node.js v22 LTS and Android build script

This commit updates the GitHub Actions workflow for building Node.js v22 LTS and modifies the Android build script.

Workflow changes (`.github/workflows/build_22_lts.yml`):
- Downloads individual architecture-specific artifacts (`nodejs_bin_arm64`, `nodejs_bin_arm`, `nodejs_bin_x86`, `nodejs_bin_x64`) instead of a single `nodejs_bin` artifact.
- Creates the release asset tarball by including all files in the `nodejs_bin` directory.

Android build script changes (`linux.sh`):
- Renames `LDFLAGS` to `LDFLAGS_target` and `CFLAGS` to `CFLAGS_target` in the `make` command.
