Two versions in one download: 0.2.0 never got a public build, so this folds it in.
Setup Mode has levels. ENTER descends into the screens the manuals draw behind PRESS <ENTER>, and the ones that were missing behind them are there: the seventeen alarm groups an output relay and a line disable are assigned by, the tank/meter map, the EVR/ISD walk, the VMC removal.
Reconciliation reads like the manual's. The variance reports offer only the periods setup turned on, a meter selling out of a tank with no probe is accounted for, and the daily history marks the days it is missing.
CSLD runs on the manual's own numbers -- its fail rate, its timing, the probe it needs, and the report-only setting that did nothing.
The forecourt keeps running: cars across midnight, the shape knob at speed, and a tanker that used to decide on a stale gauge and let the site run dry.
The window has its own icon in the title bar, in Alt-Tab and on the taskbar.
Two hundred smaller fidelity fixes behind those -- screens that drew the wrong word, values the console would have refused, alarms with no label.

Two ways to get it, same program either way:
...-Setup.exe-- the installer. Per-user, no administrator
rights needed. Use this one unless it will not download....-Portable.zip-- a folder to extract and run, nothing
installed. Use this if your workplace blocks the.exe
download. ReadHOW-TO-RUN.txtinside it first.
Both are unsigned: Windows SmartScreen will warn on first
run. Verify your download against SHA256SUMS.txt below.
The in-app updater (Help -> Check for updates) reads this
release automatically and fetches the installer.
