How to remove single tab

How do I hide tab when I have only one at the moment? It makes sense for me to exist when I have two or more, but it is unnecessary when there is only one.

How do you run Ghostty (i.e. what is your environment)? What you're describing is the default behavior on both macOS and Linux (GTK).

window-show-tab-bar configures that, did you change it to always? The default value of auto should give you the behavior you want.

Edit: actually I somehow missed that window-show-tab-bar is GTK-only; ignore this if you're on macOS.

I am running it on MacOS. Would be cool if window-show-tab-bar would work with MacOS and also have value which will hide tab bar when there is only one tab.

Can you show what you see when you have just one tab? Like I said, it's the default behavior when using any macos-titlebar-style (bar hidden of course).

You can "Hide Tab Bar" in the menu.
