Incorrect handling of kitty graphics geometry deletes for d=p and d=c.

Issue Description

On current upstream main (dcc39dc), using the attached minimal repro:

• d=p,x=24,y=11 deletes both top placements in the test scene
  • expected: only the top-right green placement should be deleted
• d=c deletes both bottom placements in the test scene
  • expected: only the bottom-left yellow placement should be deleted

Kitty behaves as expected on the same repro.

Cause

The shared Ghostty intersection helper is using a page-order
range predicate where a strict 2D rectangle containment check is needed.

Relevant code:

• src/terminal/kitty/graphics_storage.zig
  • deleteIntersecting() uses
    target_pin.isBetween(rect.top_left, rect.bottom_right)
• src/terminal/PageList.zig
  • Pin.isBetween() ignores x for interior rows of the range

So both act like row-wide deletes rather than
single-cell deletes.
