What do you want to change?

I'd like pick up the CoreText part in #8524, saw that the FreeType bitmap part is already in PR #10193 and the note in the related issue that only the CoreText side is left.

AI disclosure: Senior Software Engineer here (7yoe), I'm working using AI with a spec driven approach, not vibe coding. Use it to derive the context, write the specs and implement what's needed being in the loop of every iteration checking manually every step and I'm happy to study what I don't know before doing any change.
