tmux -CC support from the author of Eternal Terminal and HTM

What do you want to change?

I love "tmux -CC", but it only works on iterm2, which makes me sad. To fix this, I wrote a comprehensive test suite that tests all of tmux's features and stress-tests a bunch of cases (creating many windows/tabs, writing to many tabs concurrently, etc. etc.). Then, I validated the tests against iterm2. Then, I (with the help of ai) created tmux -CC implementations in all the other terminal emulators that also pass the same tests. It took many iterations to get full compatibility, but after many many many trials and edits, here we are.

If tmux was my full-time job, that would be cool, but it isn't. So I used AI to write the code. I'm happy to go through it in person.

Why do you want to make this change?

I haven't looked at the PR, but giant PR dumps are very unlikely to be looked at. Break it up into much smaller, digestible chunks that only do a little at a time, especially changes that are generally applicable to non-tmux Ghostty user. Trust is built slowly, a piece at a time. An definitely read the AI usage guidelines closely.
