Request to help Improve the c bindings.

What do you want to change?

I'm looking to improve the c bindings where there's already established functionality in libghostty-vt. A starting point is the ability to see what mouse shapes the application is requesting via OSC 22.

Why do you want to make this change?

I'd like c based terminals using libghostty-vt can support all features that ghostty and other zig terminals have.

In this example it's the ability for applications to request the terminal change the cursor.
