2. relaunch
3. fullscreen
4. unfullscreen
5. title bar reappear

ok first of all, stating it's a regression means people can bisect it and check which commit broke it instead of reviewing the relevant files. second, i did not state everything is a regression, though most of them are. this is useful information.

second, in that discord message you quoted:

Second, if you read the source code comments especially you'll see that the current behaviour is actually the "documented" behaviour

then the behavior is prob wrong/differs from common consensus

however, i do agree

I want users to be able to clearly express both behaviours in the config and I'm not willing to make any further changes until we can modify the definition of gtk-titlebar so that both behaviors can be clearly expressed in the config.
