Resizing splits with keybinds appears glitchy

Issue Description

As of When resizing splits with keybinds (ie. resize_split:up,10), the spilt does not resize by the specified amount, instead glitching one pixel at a time.

Expected Behavior

Split resizes by the specified amount.

Actual Behavior

Split resizes by only one or two pixels, often with one half of the split not changing size at all.

Is that actually related? I'm not experiencing the same 'glitchy' behavior when resizing with mouse or creating / closing splits.

Looking at the behavior again, it does look to be quite similar to when creating a new split.
