Degauss 0.1.0

First release. A frontend for MiSTer FPGA, written in Rust with Slint's
software renderer, drawing straight to the framebuffer. Built for a CRT
first, and laid out from the framebuffer's own size so HDMI works from the
same binary.

Ships with MiSTer_Degauss, a small GPLv3 fork of MiSTer Main that hands
over the screen, built from its own repository.
