A typeface setting, and glyphs for the letters a name is spelled with.

Options -> Text chooses between Smooth, which is DejaVu Sans and stays the
default, and Pixel, which is Px437 DOS/V re. JPN12 on a 6 by 12 cell with
nothing between black and white.

The typeface is named by the build rather than inherited from the machine
building it, so a release and a local build now look the same.

2,039 characters have glyphs where 101 did. A name off a card is UTF-16 out
of exFAT and can be any character there is, and the ones with no glyph were
drawn as nothing at all. Latin and every accent on it, Greek, Cyrillic and
Vietnamese now draw. Japanese and Chinese do not: DejaVu Sans has no kana
and no han.
