BBX Share v0.4.3.14

Fixes stale Quick Share discovery and the Q10 → PC send path.

• Clears cached mDNS endpoints on every new scan.
• Deduplicates restarted desktop/device advertisements.
• Keeps signed protobuf int64 payload IDs, including negative IDs used by rQuickShare.
• Verified with host protocol/integration tests and deployed to a connected BlackBerry Q10.

The attached BBXShare.bar is the unsigned/rooted-device package.

BBX Share v0.4.3.9

Avoids misleading connection refused errors from stale Quick Share mDNS records. Devices remain visible during discovery; immediately before sending, BBX Share validates the selected TCP endpoint and automatically refreshes discovery when the receiver is no longer listening. Deployed on the connected Q10.
