  Allows resizing panels interactively: Ctrl+N enters resize mode,

• feat(audit): check composer binary for known CVEs via Packagist API

  Queries the Packagist security advisories endpoint for composer/composer
  after detecting the installed version. Matching CVEs are displayed in
  red in the status bar. Adds compound constraint parsing (>=X,<Y|>=A,<B)
  to support the affectedVersions format from the API
