GSwitch v1.0.5

This release includes the GSwitch desktop installer and packages for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Changes since v1.0.2

  • Added portable account import and export, improved account switching, and protected saved credentials and recovery material.
  • Improved the account workspace, dialog keyboard behavior, operation status, and Wake for eligible saved accounts.
  • Added release package checks, SHA-256 checksums, a CycloneDX SBOM, GitHub artifact attestations, and signed updater files. The release workflow now verifies the downloaded draft assets before publication.

Install

  • Windows: download GSwitch_1.0.5_x64-setup.exe and run it as the current user. The installer is not Authenticode signed, so Windows may show a publisher warning.
  • macOS: choose the aarch64 DMG for Apple Silicon or the x64 DMG for Intel. The app uses ad-hoc signing and is not Apple notarized; macOS may require you to allow it in Privacy & Security.
  • Linux: choose the AppImage or Debian package for x86-64.

An older local build without the updater needs one manual installation of this release. GSwitch does not change Codex credentials during installation.

The release also contains SHA256SUMS.txt, latest.json, and the SBOM. To verify a downloaded asset's provenance, follow the release instructions.
