What changed

  • On Windows, GSwitch uses the native Codex CLI included with an npm installation for its account-switch preflight. This removes the desktop app's dependency on Node being in its PATH and makes startup and configuration errors more specific.
  • A new Codex CLI dialog shows the version GSwitch uses and offers an explicit update action when the installed CLI supports codex update. Updates do not run automatically; the dialog links to the official install guide when a manual step is needed.
  • The CLI management action does not alter saved accounts or credentials.

Downloads

The Windows installer is not Authenticode-signed. macOS builds use ad-hoc signing and are not notarized.
