Clarify package ownership and compatibility APIs (155563b)

The low-level command store APIs now come from @tooee/commands/store. This entry owns
CommandStoreInstance, ContextGetter, CreateCommandStoreOptions, KeyDispatchResult,
selectSurfaceCommandMap, selectGroups, ModeProvider, ModeProviderProps,
SequenceTracker, its related sequence types, createBaseStore, and createCommandStore.
These names are no longer exported from the main @tooee/commands entry.

CloseButton moved from @tooee/themes to @tooee/layout. The rankBy compatibility
re-export was removed from @tooee/renderers; import it from @tooee/fuzzy.

The overlay store event payload types OverlayClosedEmit, OverlayClosedEvent,
OverlayClosedTopEvent, OverlayOpenedEvent, OverlayStoreEvents, and OverlayUpdatedEvent
are no longer exported from @tooee/overlays. AnyRoute, ScreenFocusProvider, and
getRouteChain are no longer exported from @tooee/router.

useCommandContext is deprecated in favor of useSurfaceInvoke. The overlay controller
methods show, hide, and isOpen are deprecated in favor of the handle returned by open
and overlay state hooks.

Schedule removal of the table command alias (27fdddf)

The deprecated tooee table command now reports that it will be removed in 0.9.0. Use tooee view --renderer table instead.

Align public application contracts (e0b3d32)

The Ask, Choose, View, shell, and command-context APIs now use consistent
public contracts. See the 0.8 migration guide.

Migration (e0b3d32)

  • Ask launch now returns string | null. The CLI host now owns stdout writes
    and process exit. Choose launch keeps its ChooseResult | null result, and
    View launch resolves with void when its session ends.
  • Choose accepts title, prompt, placeholder, multi, and emptyMessage
    as top-level props. Its options prop remains as a deprecated alias for one
    release. Use actions instead of the deprecated commands alias.
  • CommandContext augmentations such as ask, choose, view, overlay, and
    toast are optional. Check that a field is present before use.
  • Deprecated top-level launchCli provider aliases and the tooee table
    command remain available until 0.9.0.

Clarify command, color mode, and readonly APIs (ac1b6ce)

Command consumers can use useSurfaceInvoke, useLatest, useLazyRef, and
formatStepKey from @tooee/commands. useCommandContext remains available as
a deprecated compatibility alias. Command registry maps and search match arrays
are now readonly.

Color mode consumers can use ColorMode from @tooee/config. The old Mode
name remains available as a deprecated alias. Theme defaults now resolve from
the bundled Tokyo Night document and the complete fallback map owns the resolved
theme key list.

Share fuzzy ranking and move the theme picker to shell (047dc28)

@tooee/fuzzy now exports rankBy, which returns score-sorted matches with
source indices and matched character positions.

Theme picker integration now belongs to @tooee/shell. Import
useThemePicker and its public types from shell. @tooee/themes now contains
theme loading and context APIs without command or fuzzy dependencies.

Share overlay panels and promise dialog lifecycles (907a5b7)

@tooee/layout now exports OverlayPanel, shared panel inset types, and one AppLayout.scroll configuration object. The old AppLayout scroll props remain as deprecated aliases.

@tooee/overlays now exports useOverlayDialog for promise-based modal overlays. The unprovided OverlayContext and OverlayContextValue exports have been removed. Use the controller and state contexts or the overlay hooks instead.

Add named hook and table formatting contracts (27fdddf)

Export named result and option types for router, shell, and view hooks. Export formatTableCell as the shared table value formatter. Date cells now use the same ISO text for display, whole-document copy, row copy, and search.

Schedule removal of top-level launch provider options (b7cc488)

The top-level leader, config, initialMode, and sequenceTimeoutMs options on launchCli are deprecated. Move these values into provider before the aliases are removed in 0.9.0.
