This update is intended up ensure compatibility with current/future python versions:
- Updated the build to using pyproject.toml
- Backported seqtk module from development version to simplify build/execution
- Dropped the --mapdamage-modules option
- Added dependency on pysam
Additionally, mapDamage is now available on pypi and can be installed via pip.
