Enforce home page SSL redirect

Apparently when preparing the future admin screen, by adding a new settings class, the SSL force constants wouldnt be set up all the time. Also, some minor issues with missing action hooks prevented the plugin to fire when called on the home page vs. on any other page.

All of this should be fixed now with the current release ;)
