Notebot now asks you to sign in with Google when it first opens. That is how Giorgio knows who is testing the beta — your name, email, version and last-opened day, and nothing about your notes. notebotapp.com/privacy says exactly what is recorded. Security notes render fully again: a <script> written in a note's text or math used to hide everything after it. Tables that a newer Gemini model drew as ASCII boxes inside code blocks now come out as real tables, and the model is told not to draw them that way.

Notebot now picks the best Gemini model your key can use. Google stopped offering gemini-2.5-flash to new accounts, so a fresh key failed on its first run — fixed. When a run fails, the reason is written in plain words under the Run button. Pasted keys are cleaned of stray characters, and the dashboard's settings icon is a proper gear.
