  • Reordered "Manage Tags" into a clearer flow: Overview (stat tiles + usage distribution histogram) → Unused tags → All tags → Merge selection (moved from the top to the bottom, after the table where tags are actually picked).
  • Added a sticky section-nav bar at the top of "Manage Tags" with jump links to each section (smooth-scrolls instead of a hard jump), plus a floating "back to top" button that appears once you've scrolled down.
