  • Renamed the plugin from "Smart Tags for WordPress" to "Smart Tags Optimizer" (display name, text domain ai-tags-optimizer → smart-tags-optimizer, and translation files renamed/regenerated to match) ahead of WordPress.org directory submission: "WordPress" is a restricted term and cannot appear in a plugin name or slug at all.
  • Removed the deprecated load_plugin_textdomain() call (WordPress auto-loads translations for hosted plugins since 4.6).
  • Updated the readme "Tested up to" header to 7.0 and excluded README.it.md from the release zip built by the GitHub Actions workflow.
