• Eight specpilot-* slash commands (CS-080–087): status, reanchor, report, sync, refine <description>, validate, archive, and backfill — all six IDEs, deterministic bash bodies for validate/archive/backfill.
• CLI-side slash command backfill (CS-088): specpilot backfill detects and generates missing specpilot-* command files for installed IDEs, reusing the same SLASH_COMMANDS definitions so CLI and generator output never drift. Never overwrites an existing command file.

Fixed

• specpilot validate failing on every freshly-scaffolded project: specValidator.ts still listed development/docs.md as a required file even though its generation was removed in v2.0.0 (CS-069). Every new project failed validation immediately. Removed all stale references; required-file count 11 → 10.
