Updates the GHSA-to-OSV ecosystem mapping for Swift packages from the invalid
SwiftPMvalue to the OSV schema’s canonicalSwiftURLecosystem name.This ensures vulnerability records emitted from GitHub Security Advisories use an ecosystem identifier recognized by OSV consumers.
Adds a regression test for the Swift mapping.
