- Optional Adobe-style capture banner with configurable capture buttons, timeout, top/bottom position, display mirroring, delay, tools and settings.
- Native all-display mega screenshot and separate monitor files from one desktop capture, with thumbnail batch navigation.
- Active-window, last-area and fixed-size capture, delayed capture and optional pointer.
- Six-tab settings for capture, banner, previews, files, shortcuts and advanced tools. Add opacity/margin, hover behavior, action-button visibility, configurable post-drag duration, output codecs and file/image clipboard options.
- Six configurable native shortcuts plus optional per-tool shortcuts.
- Native searchable screenshot history with preview/copy/crop/edit/OCR/pin/recycle commands.
- Optional verified ShareX 21.0.0 portable integration for scrolling/freehand/interval capture, MP4/GIF recordings, annotation/redaction, OCR, effects, pins, QR, color/ruler utilities, image utilities and video tools. Its private profile starts with uploads and competing hotkeys disabled. ShareX remains a separate GPL program, not included in this MIT release ZIP.
- Preserve the existing sign-in task, supervisor, hook recovery, easy dismissal, recycled-file handling and drag-then-trash workflow.
- Add feature comparison, integration documentation and sanitized screenshots.
Verified: clean build, real 5760x1200 mega capture and three separate monitors, negative-coordinate pixel splitting, all four output codecs, settings recovery and rendering, banner dispatch, prior thumbnail/crop/recycle checks, advanced annotation/local OCR through desktop control, and three-second MP4/GIF recordings of a synthetic sample canvas using an existing FFmpeg installation. Full reboot behavior, every advanced setting and broad receiving-app compatibility remain unverified.
Extract the ZIP and run Install.ps1 to upgrade. Enable the optional banner in Settings > Banner. Install the optional toolkit from Settings > Advanced. Detailed toolkit preferences open ShareX's own settings. See README.md and docs/FEATURE-COMPARISON.md for coverage and exclusions. The executable is unsigned.
