• fixed start presentation not working properly if powerpoint was opened before TouchPortal
• Added new action to change current presentation view (black/white/normal) this is used as a 'pause' to hide the current presentation for example.
• added an error state for user view (plugin errors will appear in this state when able)
• Fixed bug caused when users would try and change slides too rapidly, which would in turn cause every additional attempt to swap slides take TWO clicks rather than one..
