sdm V8.6 install

This is sdm V8.6. In order to install it you must use the EZsdmInstaller in this release thusly:

curl -L https://github.com/gitbls/sdm/raw/v8.6/EZsdmInstaller -o EZsdmInstaller
chmod 755 EZsdmInstaller
./EZsdmInstaller V8.6
