User Story
As a user, I want to access my wallet for the grant easily.
Why Is this Needed
I am new to gitcoin.co and it was easy adding the ETH address so the grant money can go there, but I couldn't figure out where the money that people donated me went to. RIght now it is super confusing, it feels like the money is lost,
Description
There exists a SAVE button, but it would be nice if there was another button called "WALLET" so when the user clicks on it, it will navigate them to the wallet.

There is no way to figure out where gitcoin moved the money.
Expected Behavior
An easy way accessing the wallet for new people.

A button next to the ETH address that points to the wallet
