Provide info during grant creation on what fields can & cannot be edited after grant has been created #8484

User Story
As a user, when creating a new grant it would be helpful to know which fields can be update/edited after the grant is created and which fields cannot. it would also be helpful a minimal recommendation was made around what image size is optimal for the grant.
Why Is this Needed
When creating a new grant recently I wasn't sure which fields I would be able to edit after creating the grant. As far as I can tell, most fields are editable with the exception of a couple like category and sub-category.

Expected Behavior
Explicitly notify the user which fields cannot be updated and maybe which fields can.
Definition of Done
Grant creation wizard clearly shows which fields cannot be edited after creation, implying which can be edited, and maybe some info about optimal image sizes.
