Wrong translation license

https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gitcoin/#information are all licensed AGLv3-only, whereas
most anything in https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/search?q=or+later&type= is licensed AGPLv3-or-later.

The license can be changed (to AGPLv3+) in

This isn't intentional and I would prefer not to be associated with the weblate project.

If this is in use, please drop a weblate username or email for the ownership transfer.
