1Helm 0.0.19

1Helm 0.0.19 completes the requested app-wide interface-stability pass. Live
updates across the remaining Activity, Board, Threads, Texts, Memory, channel
Settings, sidebar, and header surfaces now preserve the state the user owns;
the broad Files, Quick Note, Cowork, Markdown, dictation, and mobile product
upgrade delivered in 0.0.17–0.0.18 remains intact.

Acceptance ledger

  1. Passive updates preserve the user's place: live Activity, Board,
    channel and global Threads, Texts, Memory, channel Settings, sidebar, and
    header updates keep the old surface visible until fresh data is ready,
    reject stale asynchronous renders, and restore the focused control, exact
    cursor/selection, unsaved value, inner and outer scroll positions, filter,
    and both expanded and deliberately collapsed disclosures by stable identity.
    Real WebSocket regressions cover Texts drafts, Activity evidence, Settings
    selections, Board lanes/cards, and global Threads. Skill-catalog changes no
    longer remount Settings and instead offer Refresh when ready.
  2. Call Skipper is removed: @Skipper remains the uncluttered direct
    escalation path.
  3. Markdown is consistent: global and channel Threads, session summaries,
    resident/status messages, Board, Memory, Texts, Activity, and Cowork use the
    shared renderer, including spaced labels such as ** Goal **.
  4. Texts read naturally: Photon history uses “Text with Skipper” rather
    than repeating a robotic phone-number source label.
  5. Listening and work states are visible but quiet: dictation uses a subtle
    listening waveform and active residents use a compact animated orb without
    obscuring content.
  6. Folders and files are visually distinct: folders have recognizable
    icons, known files receive type-aware icons, unknown files receive a
    document fallback, and selection does not rely on color alone.
  7. Files is a conventional browser: the two-pane layout provides a folder
    rail, breadcrumbs, bounded content grid, nested navigation, search, sort,
    metadata, create/upload/open/rename/move/duplicate/delete/download, and
    routes supported workspace assets into the corresponding Cowork editor.
  8. Mobile uses the visible screen: layouts follow the visual viewport and
    safe areas, scrolling away releases the composer so the keyboard can
    dismiss, Settings uses a compact section rail, and Terminal and panels stay
    within the reachable screen.
  9. The top-bar note action is Quick Note: it captures optional-title or
    collision-safe untitled Markdown directly in /workspace/notes, retains a
    collapsed draft during the current session, and supports dictation,
    Escape-to-save, Command/Control+Enter, Save, and Discard without replacing
    the current view.
  10. Cowork is the unified file-backed workspace: Notes and Docs use focused
    CodeMirror Markdown editors, Docs has a page-oriented surface, Code uses a
    language-aware CodeMirror editor with a clear unsupported-binary state,
    Whiteboard embeds Excalidraw, and Presentations provides Excalidraw-backed
    single-file slides with add, duplicate, delete, reorder, and presentation
    mode. Every section supports nested file CRUD and breadcrumbs in its
    existing /workspace root. Authenticated channel members can edit the same
    asset with live presence, deterministic collaborator colors, shared text
    cursors/selections, and synchronized whiteboard or slide scenes.
  11. Cowork chat is an ordinary context-aware channel thread: the
    collapsible resident-avatar panel keeps the asset visible, creates a normal
    channel session, adds the validated open /workspace/... path and active
    co-viewers to the first message, and exposes that same session in main
    Chat. No parallel agent harness, diff protocol, rollback model, or hidden
    document store was introduced.

    PR #27. Tag v0.0.19
    points to that commit. The clean source archive matched SHA-256
    ae1aaf028606fae45668da4396124922459ccdc16d4ac37ceac9b8aea9826ab6
    on Linux and the Apple Silicon build machine.
  • Required CI and CodeQL passed on the exact tagged commit.
  • Linux validation passed typecheck/build, native-world 117/117, onboarding
    20/20, brief browser 44/44, and focused real-event browser regressions.
  • Clean Apple Silicon validation passed typecheck/build, native-world 117/117,
    104/106 remaining tests with two declared environment-only skips, and

  • Apple accepted app notarization submission
    8b114c96-48f9-4e76-a4c9-cf1d6b44df44 and DMG submission
    dd78b505-5b7d-4602-a964-c5b9b12911c4. The app, extracted updater app,
    final DMG, and mounted DMG app passed strict nested Developer ID signature,
    stapler ticket, and Gatekeeper checks.
  • The app identifies as com.gitcommit90.1helm, version 0.0.19; the packaged
    macOS terminal native module/helper are arm64. The exact merged source is
    live at https://demo.1helm.com, with healthy loopback setup API and public
    HTTP 200 response.
  • GitHub recorded exact matching sha256: digests and byte sizes for both
    assets, and fresh public downloads of the DMG and updater ZIP matched the
    hashes above. The update feed offers 0.0.19 and its signed ZIP to 0.0.18
    and returns HTTP 204/no update to 0.0.19.
  • The publicly downloaded DMG was independently signature/ticket/Gatekeeper
    checked, installed over 0.0.18, and launched on the retained Mac Studio.
    Installed 0.0.19 runs from /Applications/1Helm.app as an arm64 process,
    retains bundle ID com.gitcommit90.1helm, and returns the existing configured
    workspace and provider from its discovered ephemeral loopback server on port
    57505. Application Support preserved inode 34829724; its retained entry
    count grew normally from 2,580 before installation to 2,610 after launch.
